NOTICE: The attention of Customer is invited to the following trade terms and conditions under which the articles are accepted 1. The Company does not own any responsible for Shrinkage, Damage of Colour Fading or any article of defects becoming apparent during of after treatment which may be due to defective manufacture or due to deterioration or wear and exposure. 2. The quality of texture, colour & trimming etc., are entirely at the owner's risk. 3. The Company is not responsible for articles not called for within 2 months from their due date of delivery. 4. The Company will not be responsible for any delay in delivery or loss of articles arising due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond control of the Company. 5. The Company will not be responsible for any complaint once the goods are delivered. 6. The Clients are requested be check their garments before sending them for Dry Cleaning. The Company will not be responsible for loss of valuables, If any kept or retained in the garments. 7. As it is not possible to examine each and every article at the time of receiving in the showroom. all articles are examined in the workshop only and report from workshop about condition of articles received is to be accepted by the customer. 8. No Guarantee is given for absolute stain Removal of any Garments especially for Silks & Zari. 9. Compensation for any damage caused to articles beyond our control will be limited to Maximum 5 times of the damaged article's bill amount, depending upon the degree of the damage article's bill amount depending upon the degree of the damage caused. 10. Compensation for any loss of articles will be limited to a maximum of 10 times the article's bill amount 11. Disputes, if any, are subject to jurisdiction of courts in chennai city only.
